My friend’s daughter Lyanvis afraid of red?
Daddy (read, me, because her father is a jerk who skipped out) bought her a [red] pacifier and she screamed for almost an hour. she won’t touch anything red, and even is scared of her grandmother because grandma wears [bright red] lipstick. All shades of red seem to scare her, but not orange, or yellow, or any other, equally bright colours do. Her mother thinks it’s because She had bled a lot during the pregnancy, but I don’t think the baby could remember that, or know the significance of it, could she? It’s a little strange how she reacts. Amie says she’s done this since the first time she was exposed to the colour red in their home, in the form of her {whatever those things that you dangle over the crib are called.. what, baby chandeliers?} and started crying.
Hi again! Well, It is possible, I think, for the child to have been afraid of the mobile first, and then, since the mobile was red, associate that fear with other things… she should grow out of it though. I’m so happy you named her after me.^^ Lucky “daddy”, take good care of her, huh?
